Explore useful ranges of motion for the spine, shoulders, hips, knees, and ankles without forcing your body.
Outdoor mobility · Functional strength · Community
A welcoming, beginner-friendly outdoor class designed to help you move more comfortably, build practical strength, improve balance, and start your week feeling capable.
Why Mobility Mondays?
This is not a bootcamp or flexibility contest. Mobility Mondays combines controlled mobility, functional strength, stability, and balance with clear options for different bodies and abilities.
Explore useful ranges of motion for the spine, shoulders, hips, knees, and ankles without forcing your body.
Strengthen the muscles that support posture, walking, getting up and down, lifting, and daily life.
Practice steadier movement, coordination, core control, and confidence in a supportive environment.
Start the week with fresh air, positive connection, and movement that supports rather than punishes you.
The 60-minute class
Each week has a purpose, while the overall structure stays familiar. You can settle in, learn the movements, and progress without feeling lost.
Easy movement to prepare your joints and connect with your breathing.
Controlled movement for the spine, shoulders, hips, knees, and ankles.
Accessible exercises for posture, balance, coordination, and real-life movement.
Gentle stretching and relaxed breathing to finish grounded and energized.

Frequently asked questions
Everything about Mobility Mondays is designed to feel approachable. Here are the main questions people usually have before getting started.
Mobility Mondays is designed for adults who want to move and feel better in everyday life. It is a great fit for beginners, people getting back into exercise, active adults who want to improve mobility and balance, and anyone who prefers a supportive, non-intimidating class environment.
Not at all. You do not need to be flexible, athletic, or experienced to start. The focus is controlled, practical movement with options for different starting points, not extreme stretching or high-intensity performance.
Much of the class is planned as mat-based work because it is a comfortable way to train mobility, core control, and strength. When practical, standing or supported alternatives will be offered so you can work within what feels appropriate for your body.
Please bring a yoga mat or large towel, water, and comfortable clothes you can move in. Supportive shoes are recommended for the standing portions. Optional props like a Pilates ring or yoga block may be used from time to time, but equipment-free options will always be provided.
Expect a calm, welcoming class with a clear structure: a gentle warm-up, focused mobility work, practical strength and balance exercises, then a reset at the end. You should leave feeling worked in a good way—more open, steadier, and more energized, not beaten up.
You should always follow the guidance of your healthcare provider. If you have an injury, chronic pain, balance concern, or medical limitation, let Coach Casey know before class so she can help you choose appropriate modifications. Mobility Mondays is a general fitness class, not medical treatment or rehabilitation.
The class is planned for Fountain Park in Fountain Hills, Arizona. The exact meeting area and arrival details will be shared with everyone on the interest list once the fall schedule is finalized.
Because the class is outdoors, weather matters. If conditions are unsafe due to excessive heat, rain, or another issue, participants will be notified about any postponement, schedule adjustment, or relocation as early as possible.
Right now, the best next step is to join the interest list on this page. That way you will be first to receive the official launch date, registration details, meeting location, and updates for Mobility Mondays.
